"SERVED" is when some "I get paid $5.00 per hour" asshole comes to your door with a sheriff lacky's attitude and asks you to sign the fucking paper on his clipboard.

What can you do?

1) Slam the goddamned door in his face

2) Tell him that no such person lives here

3) Tell him the person is out right now (which would put you in the service position)

REGARDLESS of what they say to you, and YES they WILL threaten you, they will say YOU WILL GO TO JAIL IF YOU REFUSE TO SIGN THE PAPER.

Well, kindly tell them to 'fuck off'. You don't know xxxx whatername. and they need to speak with your attorney. There is no law in the constitution that says you have to sign their paper, no matter how much they bully you.

AM I RIGHT?
