No, I was served in Pa. A woman knocked on my door, when I answered she said my name. I knew exactly why she was there and reached out for the summons she was holding. She again said my name with a question mark, and I said yes. I did not sign anything. Not much point in trying to avoid a legal process server. Take it and be done with it. They aren't gonna go away, and may serve you in an embarrassing situation. Ducking them won't change a thing.
