If you go to the State page for your State on my website, you will likely find the statute that prohibits re-aging of SOL.

The only time a SOL can be "reset" for the purpose of a lawsuit is if a NEW signed contract has been made, signed by both parties. In a FEW States, a settlement agreement or payment agreement MAY be considered to have been "signed" if the payment is by check SIGNED by the debtor.

Each State words this differently, however in ALL States the laws have ONE similarity, a consumer (not a business) cannot waive their rights under the law, including SOL without a NEW signed agreement. In SOME States, like Va. even a NEW signed contract will not waive those rights.
