So upon advice of previous posters, I checked Frederickburg District Court's website and they have no record of my name or case. Helluva lot of Asset Acceptance as plaintiff though. Since I sent the SOL letter before I received this notice, is it conceivable that they sent me this Warrant in Debt with absolutely no teeth to it just to freak me out?
