Do payments thru CCCS fall into SOL computation?

I'm VERY interested in finding an answer to "Do payments to CCCS fall into SOL computation?" I don't think I've seen this discussed before. If the CCCS payments don't affect the SOL.. then I could tell CRAP1 and SEARS to "KISS MY BUTT".
Does anybody out there know for sure how the payments made thru the CCCS affect the SOL???
