My job requires me to travel once in a while. I'm single and live by myself. When I came back this morning there was a notice of "Motion of Summary Judgement" for Production of Documents and Requests of Admissions. But the funny thing here is that I never received any noticed before. And these fellows want to have the thing done next week!. How can I ask for and extension (I have not paid this Credit card in about 8 months). I live in the State of Utah.
