I (stupidly) used CCCS when i had a lot of cc debt. I quit paying the cc's and started paying them through/via CCCS. CCCS, "as my agent" so the contract says, paid my creditors. The SOL has passed if I figure it from the last pay date I MADE to the original cc's. But it is still in effect if figured from the last pay date made to CCCS (and then onto my creditors.)
My ? is, do payments to CCCS figure into a SOL defense, or does the SOL start from the last time I personally made a payment to the CC's?
I live in WA?
