As I posted before, I included a lawsuit on my BK, but it still shows me as defendant on the public records.

On the file says that there is a summary judgment against my ex, and it is on hold for me until further order by the court. There is no copy of my discharge there.

I wanted to send a letter with a copy of my BK discharge to the Judge and the plaintiff because I would like my name to be removed from the case.

Could I do something like that?

If yes. How should I address the judge on my letter?

Is there any sample letter for that?

Thank you very much.
