Wa. is a "cause of action" State, which means the first delinquency prior to chargeoff starts the SOL.

So, the answer to your question, IS a question, what condition was the account in when you went into CCCS? If it had NOT been charged off, and if the OC re-aged (legal if by agreement) your account when you went into CCCS, then, yes, it would have reset the SOL.

You would need to check your credit reports and see the charge-off date.
