I am not sure, but I think you are WAY past the time for doing anything about a judgment filed in 1997, in any case, Utah judgments are valid for 8 years, and it is only allowed to be on your credit report for 7 years, so I suggest you dispute it on your credit reports as obsolete, and forget about it, as it will be completely unenforceable in another year.
