MCMBait -- you have misuderstood -- this is NOT MY SUIT -- it is for my son. I have no part at all in the suit. Basically how can they serve me and make me responsible for serving my son. I refused several times to accept these papers and they were thrown in my driveway...where they still sit. MS law states that in such a suit (no judgement yet) personal service must be made..in effect can not leave it with another. Only exception is justice court. My main thing is (1) is this CO law and would the CO law apply to me in another state. From what the first process server told me there is no local respresentation for this law suit in the state of MS.
This whole situation is confusing to me...
