Debts are past SOL what should I do if they sue?

I have old credit reports that state the DOLA and all debts of mine are past the SOL by at least 6 months, some even more, if these scumbags try to sue, is all I need to do is take the old credit report to court and show the judge?...seems unlikely they would sue after 3+years if they havent already
