Hi, I have a judgment against me from a Discover credit card ($8,500 now $11,000). A debt settlement company i've hired has been unsuccessful in resolving the debt. The judgment is less than two weeks, old, what doyu you tihnk my chances are of having my wages garnished or bank accounts attached. In other words, how aggressive are they? Thanks!
