SOL is an affirmative DEFENSE, send them the SOL letter from my website to put them on notice. IF they try to sue you will then not only have a legal defense, but will be able to file a countersuit against them for KNOWINGLY filing a time-barred lawsuit. Also Opt Out, to prevent them from passing this on to another CA. If you use the SOL letter, and the followup to CRA letter, you MIGHT get a deletion also.
