Thanks for the correst info. My son refuses to come and get the papers as he said that it is not proper service and he does not care...that he probably will file BK on the debt anyway. I just do not want to be put in the middle of this thing.
Should I advise the attorneys for the plantiffs that I was "served" the papers not in accordance with CO/MS state laws or have my atorney do do??
