If the house was included in the bankruptcy, and the debt was discharged, there's no way they should have been able to obtain ANY judgment on a discharged debt !! You're going to need proof that the mortgage was discharged and the bank obviously got the house back, so the judmgent was in violation of the BK laws. You need to file a motion to vacate the judgment based on the debts inclusion and discharge in bankruptcy.
