i know, i checked bud's list. well the debts from RNB. i'v been thinkin bout idividual BK7 anyway. if i gotta spend money in defence,i might as well spend it on a bk lawyer instead,that way its all done and finito. everything i own is exempt, i am self employeed service oriented (and the business hardly pays what bills i have now) so wonder if i can survive this and not get sued ? owe other debts much larger than this one and nothing yet. what if they sue and i let them get a judgement and then have it dismissed after i file BK ? that would give me some time to save for the bk lawyer at least? i need to get a good one. thanx :) faux
