Lady, the process server was told over and over that he did not live here and that he live in an apartment (town location given) which is only about 10 miles from me. The criteria of the CO statutes clearing show improper service. Assumption that he lives with me on the part of the process server is wrong as they were told over and over....now for a kicker the paper work is dated August 2003 and does not have a case or file number on it. Interesting...
