Your credit report MAY help, but you would do well to file a notice of appearance anyway, and prepare your answer with 3 copies, include the Va. statutes and the copy of your SOL letter that you sent them, together with a copy of the green card showing they received it.

If you have your answer ready to hand to the Court, it will REALLY help you, and if you file a notice of appearance, and A$$(O)LE decides NOT to file, you will get a notification.
