Thank you for your responce....if I understand it correctly...its best to just let sleeping dogs lie? In other words..do nothing at the present time? If they ask for payment after the house is sold...thats ok .I'll have the cash to pay it....but right now I'm strapped for money.as for my credit, right now my score is 742...I just don't want my husbands feelings to be hurt by a stupid mistake I made at the worse point in my life years ago. anyways.Thank you again so very much for your reply.
