thanx Paul, you are so right about that. you never know how bad it can get down the road, like you mentioned hospital bills etc. well depending on how this pans out, i may have tons of questions later. i can be a pest-sure can :) now-how to answer this attorneys letter. do not want to make him mad. should i send a nice but firm D/V ? should i tell him that i am for the most part bankrupt anyway ? if i owed the debt and had the money i would pay it ? oh i liked it so much better when i was dealing with
the usual ca. i cant believe it, this is one of my smaller debts and boom-straight to the attorney after charge off.
