I'm in FL. Both of my accounts were at least 3 months past due when I went with the CCCS. I have a letter from one of the creditors saying that they were closing the account 11/99 since I would be using the CCCS. CAP1 accepted the CCCS but continued to show my minimum payment due as $3??.00 each and every month. The account was never brought current Neither had been charged off yet. How does this work with the SOL.
