hello. Im a poster over at the creditinfocenter site and was told you could help me with these losers. They are attempting collection on a debt with last transaction of 1988. My posts regarding it are over there in the collections forum. I'm sending out a DV on Monday and any tips you can provide would be awesome. They keep referring to me by the wrong name. Their collection attempts, so far, have been fairly benign. They have not reported to CRAs yet either. Thanks again! J
