wage garnishment

A credit card company was awarded a judgement from me in November. I have no money to pay them. Today I received a letter in the mail that they are going to garnish my wages. I make a very small amount. I only bring home 310.00 every two weeks. I live in Illinois. How much of my wages can they take and is there some way to stop this? I have never been through this and don't know what to do. thanks for any help you can give me.
