I am assuming you found this on your credit report? Is it over 5 years old? Ohio judgments are good for UP TO 21 years,but must be renewed every 5 years.

If you take a look at your County (where the judgment was filed) recorded documents, on line, you may find that if it is over 5 years old, it was NOT renewed, and therefore is VOID and can be disputed off your credit reports.
