Sears is the one that I have the letter dated 11/99 stating that they were closing the account from.The charge off the listed on my report is:
Charge Off as of 3-2003 to 5-2003. I have made no payments to them personally since 7/99.

CAP1 has the charge off date listed on my report as :
Charge Off as of 10-2003 to 2-2004, 7-2003, 4-2003

I have not made any type of payment to them personally since 5/99. I was using CCCS from 11/99 - 5/02. The first 30 day late listed is 12/98
