JK..just a differing view. they may well sue on future expectations to get a judgement paid. i just think sometimes...some posts here..may lull others into a false sense of security and it will bite them in the ass in 5 or 10 or 15 years in their state. older people can retire..pay the judgement. younger ones will usually end up better off..want a house..something. i dont think they necessarily sue on what they can get NOW. if so..3/4 of who is sued..wouldnt be. just my 2 cents:)
