So far, so good.

I suggest sitting down with a GOOD Estate planning lawyer AND a BK lawyer before making any hasty moves. You MIGHT be better off transferring ownership into a living trust, rather than actually deeding it from your mother and you back to her as an individual.

If you have your own telephone, change it to a new unlisted one, if your mother has a phone that you have EVER used in calling any of your creditors for any reason, change it to a new unlisted #.

If you have ANY small low balance cards, such as gas or store cards, bring them current and pay them off at LEAST 60 days before you file, and do NOT use them until at least 60 days after your final discharge.

You MIGHT consider trying to avoid BK by keeping 1 or 2 of your cards current, and letting the rest default. If you have no assailable assets, and are in a garnishment free State, you mght avoid being sued, and if you are sued, you can always declare BK and make sure the judgents are vacated by your BK lawyer when you are discharged.

Make sure you Opt Out IMMEDIATELY.And have your mother opt out also, this will prevent anyone from getting data from HER reports.
