If a data miner for a CA obtain information it is a violation of the FDCPA, the Federal Electronic Privacy Act, and the State laws of whichever State the victim is a resident of.

By the way, SKB MUST be off her meds if she thinks Scott was referring to her, as she doesn't give her e-mail address out for people to contact her.
