"but judge..i told them." rightttttttttttt. if they would let some of us women write these, we would make so much more sense. no lawsuits unless the debt is proven to be the person they are suing. the point of all this is all but forgotten in legalese and people jockeying for crap in court. they still file..and they still get defaults. obviously..goin to court to collect a debt is collecting a debt! i still bet it depends on the judge one gets.
