If ANYONE associated with W&A read this forum and see your letter and put 2 and 2 together, then they will know that "if somehow they do validate, then I'll work toward a settlement." I know the odds of them reading it and linking it to your letter are slim, but still..... don't set yourself up for a fall like that.
