Seems to me if the bank didn't have the money on hand from depositors money, then they wouldn't have been able to fund jack sh*t. How did they miraculously arrive with the money funding your credit account. Could it be the charge slips that were signed by you are then monetized, and in reality you aren't getting anything but funds based upon your signature. The banks are promissing something they don't have on hand yet!
