I live in Texas and have an arbitration award against me.....MBNA and W&A(had found this web site too late). I have received a couple of letters from this attorney to collect the debt with comments of "possible legal action". I guess we will see how far they go. I hope they have not collected several Texas debts to make it worth their time for a day in court.
