guess it will depend on what he sees in our credit reports. the guys told me not to answer this attorney, so i wont. if he files a suit, i will show up (if i get served and know about it) if he gets a judgement anyway, i will file bk and wipe out all the other debts as well, then work on clean-up. hate to use it , but if push comes to shove, course i also have seen that judgements are not all that hard to get removed if u do it right. but in the same note, removal of judgement on cr, doesnt mean you dont have one, and if you should get -like an insurance payment-or suit award- inheritance-think he can still take it, or renew every ten yrs if he's on the ball, and hasnt been paid yet. nice if this attorney was like 90 yrs old with 1 foot in the grave and 1 on a banana peel-gee thats an old one. OMG-watch him run for texas gov. or somethin :(
