If you would like a little more background info, you can check my earlier posts, just look up my name (SilverSurfer2007) ...I have called the NYC Dept. of Consumer Affairs and according to what I was told, neither Wolpoff & Abramson nor Upton, Cohen, & Slamowitz is licensed to collect here in NYC right now, so I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to what my next move is regarding the pending court case they have claimed against me and what is the legality of such a motion to be filed?? If anyone has any info/advice, I would greatly appreciate it...Thanks
