thank you for responding. sped mine up considerably, altho we didnt lose the house. it just went to a month to month tenancy and upped the interest incredibly. they would never contact us again by mail..for the last 3 years. not at all. they considered us in BK 4ever, and foreclosure 4ever, according to them. i had a lousy lawyer. he is running for sheriff now, so someone will soon have a lousy sheriff too. so much i didnt know....and altho i tried..for 3 years..a less persistent person would never have known. then it would have taken 1500$ to fight it in court. my point, besides still being mad over it all, is for everyone to be careful and not trust a thing. we never went to court at all for the foreclosure. it was some loop hole underhanded thing in the contract. they didnt have to have a court hearing..simply send us the foreclosure things every few months. prolly illegal as hell but what can you do? makes me so mad when im taken for a fool and feel like one. ps..they foreclosed on us because citi gives the judge 30 days to sign the papers. he didnt and they did. shrug*
