Taziblue has good advice. Get yourself an attorney and countersue these parasites back into the earth. Rufus Reitzel from Asset Acceptance has these four shysters at the Shenandoah Law Group, Fleischhauer, Huebschman, Slemp, and Holub trying to think up innovative ways to steal your money by suing without actually paying the filing fees or even paying a process server. Heck, they are figuring out how to save certified mail postage now. Imagine, suing somebody for the price of a first class postage stamp? Sue them back and cost them far more than the price of that postage stamp. Report all these attorneys to your state’s Bar Association for suing on a time-barred debt.

These 2 cent on the dollar debt collectors are no better than the extortionists of old who would stick up small business owners on a weekly basis in order not to throw a brick through their windows. They are crooks and thieves who’ve figured out a way to extort money from people using quasi-legal loopholes. Stick it back to them.
