Don't take a chance.

Close that account. Go to a different bank and put all the money into bfs name. Pay with money orders.

Like termites, they go for the easiest, softest source- bank accounts are easier and faster than wage garnishment. You might have a short window during your time to file a notice of appeal or ask for a new trial.

Then they will go for wage garnishment, if allowed in your state and go after any assets that are easy to attach.
