is wholesale value the value dealer would sell car at? or buy car at?? I checked Kelly's blue book on line, they don't list wholesale.
his debt is about 16000, no property under our name, so he would be able to declare the 5000 total (1500 + 3500), so that would leave his share 5000 or so (depending on value) thanks
