Went to court 3/5/04 and the judge ordered the Account money to be repaid to me and permanent order to stay the account garnishment. The bank released my $1585.00 back to me. I had a great Attorney and we might have found some wrong doing by the judgment creditor. Namely the account might have been sold prior to the judgment and they proceeded and used the original creditor as the plantiff in the original MSJ. The heading on their Motion was changed from Providian as claimant to Sherman Aquisitions.
