Wholesale is "black book" not available on line, rule of thumb 80% of trade in value. $20,000 retail car= $15,000. trade in= $12,000 wholesale. 1/2 = $6,000 - $5,000 exemption, (standard $1,500 + $3,500 unused homestead) maximum net to creditors $1,000. I THINK NOT !!!
