It is a question of $$. There is no way a lawyer can make any big $ defending against a time-barred lawsuit, so most do not bother to learn the laws.

Do it yourself, (it is the reason, unfortunately, why I had to design the program).

I have added some additional material to the SOL defense page that you should print out, ( 3 copies) and bring with you in case the Judge (like your NACA lawyer) is unfamiliar with the TILA.
