Do you know what debt they are trying to collect on. Was it old? This could be a 3rd party CA who can not validate anything because they have absoutely no info to give you. This could also be fraud. Not your account at all. You don't sound like you know what this debt is about. Why Chat will be along to tell you what to do. I hope!
