I received a letter from A CA for a settlement about 1/2 the amoutn of what I owe. This is an old account I have with discover. I plan to to send them an validation letter. I looked on the Bud Hibbs website and this agency seems to be clean. Can any one tell me if "Collection LAw Center" in Wyoming has any bad reports?
