CAMCO - Can the calls be stopped without a C&D?

CAMCO keeps calling me about a debt (which, of course, I don't owe). The SS# they have is not mine. The first name they have is not mine. The address they have is not mine. The original address of the original debtor is not mine. They cannot even seem to figure out which company they bought the account from as they have given me different answers on different occasions (as well as different amounts, different types of accounts, and different dates of default). Because they only seem to have a last name and my phone #, is there any way to get them to stop calling? If I send a cease and desist letter, they will get my address, and I would rather they didn't get that from me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
