Good news...thanks for all advice

My WONDERFUL father is co-signing for me on a mortgage. He has 70 years of perfect credit under his belt and saved my % rate and down payment requirements. I only need 5% down. We found a wonderful, totally remodeled townhouse for $135k and I am si thrilled! This purchase will really help my FICO score and in a few years I can buy a bigger house with a good score all on my own. I will re-finanace in 1 year and get his name off the mortgage. I have learned alot from this board...things I was not "supposed to know" so that credit collectors could take advantage of me but I learned. I now SAVE every little thing, I send letter Certified, I copy checks before I mail them and have that papaer trail that will help me in the long run and keep the scum on the run becuase I am in the game and ahead of THEIR game...that is what it takes KNOWLEDGE and more people are gaining the knowlede got defeat the crap collectors, the knowledge to fight and win at their games.
My plight is over...I have paid all my debts off and now the new house will help me rebuild what I lost so many years ago in divorce: my credit and my life.
