This is an order to cease and desist any further communication with me regading this alleged debt. I will consider any further communication from you regarding this matter as an attempt to commit frauf and extortion.
In the event of non compliance, I reserve the right to file charges and/or complainst with appropriate County, State, & Federal authorities, the BBB and State Bar association for violations of Federal and State statues on fraudulent extortion. This is the letter I sent to attorney to sent me a letter regarding a debt that had been discharged in bk. Leave out the bar association if this is from a CA. Send it certified/return receipt. It should do the trick, and if they continue to bother you follow up on your threats.
