This is an affirmative defense- failure to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted. You are basically saying that the complaint itself is insufficient.

You might try to ask for a continuance right there in court- tell the judge you need time to research your records so you can defend yourself.

That way you will have a little more time to figure out your strategy.
