4 to 5 people that rule the posting on this board like to discredit my posts. You'll find that the method I mentioned is an offer on your part and is a negotiation. Why let the lawyer set the terms? Novation are perfectly legal and are basis for a new contract. If you utilized it you will be set free from the interest and late charges etc.
