HELP! CAMCO letter

I received a letter from Camco's attorneys last month giving me 30 days to respond. This is with reference to a credit card debt that was charged off in 95. As far as I'm aware the SOL has already run on this account or am I wrong? Should I send some kind of dispute letter? Please help.
